Hi...I had an miscarriage at 20 weeks of pregnancy (Feb 2016)..Can not detect the reason for the miscarriage. Now I am planning for pregnancy but not conceive yet. My gynaecologist advice me to take ecosprin 75 mg(1 tab at bedtime) and cap gynae cvp on daily basis. Is it safe or is these tablets really help in to get pregnant? Kindly suggest..
