Hi...I Had Sex At Night..immediately After Haven Sex..I Took Postinor

Hi...I had sex at night..immediately after haven sex..I took postinor 2 and in the morning I took the second one..after that day I started experiencing cramping buh I thought my period was coming ..no it didn't come..I felt nausea,tiredness,tenderness of the breast and headache till date..I took 1 home pregnancy test and it read positive ..I haven't still seen my period.. I saw it last in Nov ..could I really be pregnant ? Or is it the postinor 2?
