Hi,I Had Undergone Folical Study,till 22nd Day Of My MS

Hi,I had undergone folical study,till 22nd day of my MS cycle egg was not ruptured.Then doctor asked me to take Divery tab for 3 days to get MC asap.But after a week after completing 3 days of Divery tab medicine till i not got my MC.What it indicates please explain.
