Hi....I Have IBS And Fibromyalgia And Am Wondering Whether Or

Hi....I have IBS and Fibromyalgia and am wondering whether or not you can have bouts of it that last a week or more with pain and burning pain in various parts of my abdomen. When I got diagnosed through a colonoscopy, I had terrible spasms during the procedure and was told that that is a good indication that I have IBS. I have lots of discomfort from time to time and the easiest way is just to say that "my guts hurt".
