Hi...I Have A 7 Year Old Boy Who All Of

Hi...I have a 7 year old boy who all of a sudden decided to start pooping on himself for the past month. He does this daily and wants to wear it instead of getting changed. Also his behavior has gotten worse and is constantly being mean to me and his brother. Is this something I should be worried about?
