Hi,I Have A Strong Dull Ache In My Left Chest

Hi,I have a strong dull ache in my left chest wall that can be felt in my back as well. I'm not sure if its getting worse or if I'm preoccupied some of the time..I've had three minor blood noses in the last few weeks. Have previously had a breast cancer and a mastectomy about 4 years ago..is this just part that maybe ?
