Hi..I Have An Abcess Tooth Upper Right...called The Denist Yesterday

Hi..I have an abcess tooth upper right...called the denist yesterday and they gave me Keflex 500 mg take two a day for 18 days I took 2 to start with yesterday and two this morning and the right side of my face is still swollen especially under my eye about 50% I have been also taking ibuprofen 800 mgs at a time...how do I get the swelling to go away?
