Hi..I Have Been Sent For A Medical For A Job

Hi..I have been sent for a medical for a job vacancy were I'm asked to perform a lung test..i couldn't quiet hit the mark the first time..but was given a chance to go back and do it because they were understanding that I was recovering from the flu...can you tell me if there is a way to cheat this test?..keeping in mind that I am also asthmatic
