Hi,I have had half of my thyroid gland remove,and the doctor checks my blood every 3months to make sure I don't need hormone replacements.I've lost a little weight,but I have a bad back and my exercises are limited,but I am still over weight,and I'm only 5'3 and 222lbs.I'm 59yrs.old and I eat very healthy meals ,but my digestive system is slow.Will this product help me at all.
