Hi...I Have Many Antibiotic Allergies. I Am Very, Very Allergic

Hi...I have many antibiotic allergies. I am very, very allergic to Penicillin, allergic to sulfa drugs, Cipro, amoxicillin, Bactrim, Clindamycin. I just realized that Bactrim is a sulfa based antibiotic. I am reading and typing these drugs from my latest report from my primary care. I have a severe sinus infection that I have had for quite a while and would like to ask for an antibiotic to finally rid my body of it, but don't know what options I have. I have requested Z-Pak, but my insurance would not cover it. Paying the cash amount for some of these antibiotics is insane. Can someone please give me the names of some antibiotics that I could request that would by "mycin" based. My body seems to accept those fairly well.
