Hi...I Have Pain In My Upper Back Shoulder Blade Area.

Hi...I have pain in my upper back shoulder blade area. The pain comes with movement and if I get someone to press on that area it hurts but actually feels good pressing on it. Also I have a pain that hurts in my left arm when I raise it up and forward but that has improved some. I will say that my skin in the area of left shouulder pain feels like it is crawling. Any reason for this?
