Hi....I Have Read A Lots Of Articals About The Disadvantages

Hi....I have read a lots of articals about the disadvantages of mastuburation as it cause weak eyes vision memry lose height problems etc......I m 15 years old I m addicted to mastuburation I want te get rid of it so my question is that if a person mastuburate a lot and he looks older than his age and I have the same problems like slow growing hairs height and memry lose problem and the feelings problem so if I stop mastuburating can I gain my eyes vision feelings memry etc???
