Hi,I Have The Herpes Virus Which I Believe I Contracted

Hi,I have the herpes virus which I believe I contracted from my mum at birth as she has it too. For the last year I have been extremely tired and I never wake up refreshed I'm at the point where I can no longer do the activities I enjoy because I'm too tired like going for a run. I also from time to time get a dry cough and I have an unexplained itchy patch of skin on my right shoulder that doesn't go away there are no marks there or skin infections etc. I also have chronic upper back pain which has lasted for over a year. I've seen three doctors and they tell me it's from sitting at a desk all day. Are these symptoms related? I really need some answers so I can enjoy life again
