Hi.I Have Three Very Tiny Boils That I've Recently Noticed

Hi.I have three very tiny boils that I've recently noticed after careful examining my left eyelid.These boils seem to be tiny water boils and I've notice them after feeling a slight sticking in my left eye as if a strayed eyelash was there. Its not swollen or anything of that sort. I'm afraid they might get larger and I end up with a swollen eye.What can I do about this with out having to check with a Doctor?
