Hi...I M Facin Sperm Leakage...normally It Happens Through Out The

Hi...I m facin sperm leakage...normally it happens through out the day like drops comes after urination and sometimes when I exercise. Its like small drops of semen or sperm. I am facing this problem for quite sometime now. I consulted an ayurvedic doctor n he said its due to change in body temperature or stress.
But I feel I dont hve anxiety or stress problem coz it happens just like tht. Some times after erection vn I don't masterbate this happens aswell.
Does this affect male fertility as I am getting married now so wondering also hw can I fix this coz its very irritating.
Pls advice!
