Hi.I Missed My Period For Two Months..my Doctor Wrote Me

Hi.I missed my period for two months..my doctor wrote me some hormone test the results of which indicated that my prolactin level is a little on the higher side and because of which I missed my period..she gave me medicines and I got my period today..but I have severe abdominal cramps..This is usual on the first day of my cycle every month and taking one tablet of meftal spas does me good but today I have taken 3 nd the pain hasnt subsided yet. Is it ok to take a 4th one the same day?
