Hi.I Stomped My Foot Hard On The Floor A Few

Hi.I stomped my foot hard on the floor a few times(stupid!) and about 5 minutes later I felt a pain at the top of my calf on the backside of it.I then noticed it was swelled up and a little blue like it was starting to bruise.I wasn't sure if I caused a blood clot or if I need to seek medical attention for it now.Its about 5 on a Friday and I don't want to spend the $ on emergency room if its something that will go away on its own.
