Hi...I Was Diagnosed With A Respiratory Infection At The Start

Hi...I was diagnosed with a respiratory infection at the start of September. I still have a cough and when I do cough I find it hard to catch my breath and sometimes gag. I also cough when I'm exercising and start to get out of breath. I wake up maybe maybe 10 times with slight difficulty breathing due to the heat in my room...also find the difficulty is on my right airway and when I sleep on the side there a small amount of pressure on it. The symptoms are mostly morning time and at night when sleeping.
