Hi..I Was Wondering What Would Cause Sometimes A Dull Pain

Hi..I was wondering what would cause sometimes a dull pain in behind my right shoulder blade which is relieved most to the time when I burp or release gas..and also have mild heart burn which again is relieved when I burp or pass gas,,my stomach is bloated and burp a lot after eating mostly..I do have IBS and with constipation....no loss of appetite and no weight loss if any gained a pound or so and my skin isnt jaundice. I am worried after readying that pancreatic canncer symptom is bloating gas and heartburn and back pain...I also do not have a gall bladdr anymore which was removed 16 years ago.,,Thanks!!
