Hi...I Went For My First Papsmear In 3 Years. I

Hi...I went for my first papsmear in 3 years. I wasn't overly concerned about that but more of the spotting I had after having sex. The Dr said that when she was performing the exam my cervix started bleeding at the touch of the swab...she applied silver nitrate...I had a uterin ablation 5 years and no period since but now I'm spotting after the silver nitrate...will this go away? Or do I need to be worried?
