Hi...I Work As A Saute Cook At Noodles And Company.

Hi...I work as a saute cook at Noodles and Company. Over the past few weeks, I have noticed a strange sensation in both thumbs: A clicking feeling, as well as a very achy feel at the bottom of my left thumb that partly goes away with some massaging / stretching. Any ideas?
