Hi!Iam 27 Yrs Old 3 Months Ago I Have Gone

Hi!Iam 27 yrs old 3 months ago I have gone through lapratomy and lost my left tube. At the time of surgery my doctors identified some symptoms of tb which i had when i was 4 yrs old and complete treatment was done at that time .So my doctor suggested me to take of akt3 tablets inspite of tb- gold test came negative. Than last month when i have done pelvic scan i came to know that i have 4.5 cm follicular cyst at right ovary so my doctor asked me to take complete abdomen scan and pelvic scan next month which i have done it now and i came to know that cyst is not there but my left kidney is smaller in size. So what might be the reason for this to happen so can this be because of akt3 which iam taking since 2months or some other reason
