Hi..I'm 6 Weeks 3 Days Pregnant And Just Had My

Hi..I'm 6 weeks 3 days pregnant and just had my first ultrasound. It says that cardiac activity is found but a small perisac collection is also seen. Though i'm not bleeding yet but what does that mean..? I'm a bit worried because i've had 3 recurrent early m/c before after which I went through LIT therapy. please suggest.
