Hi,I'm Martin, I'm suffering from piles and its been affected by my manhood. What can I do to get back on the track as a man.I take alcohol too,should I stop taken it?I bleed from my anus as well and the blood looks cloting.I need u advice on food and drinks which are not good for me .thank you .martin from Ghana
