Hi,I'm A 46 Yr Old Female, I Have Been Experiencing

Hi,I'm a 46 yr old female, i have been experiencing chronic lower back pain and pain from about mid way down the right side of my back for approx 3yrs now, when i have my menstrual cycle the pain is amplified 10 times worse, i started getting dizzy spells in sept of last yr, i was experiencing them with just about any movement i made even with moving slow, the first one i had i woke up and rolled off my back and it hit me like a freight train, they got better after about 2 weeks then stopped briefly then started again and continued for a few months, they recently stopped for about 2 months then started again a few days ago, my blood pressure is good always has been, i also have another concern, i just ended a cycle last weekend 6/30 and today i started having all the symptoms i normally experiencing with a cycle and started lightly bleeding, a little family hx, there is a history on both maternal and paternal sides with either cancer or dysplasia, and i have had dysplasia myself in 2001, my ob/gyn froze and scraped my cervix and all my paps came back neg, and i'm embarrassed to say i haven't had a pap smear in about 8 yrs due to no ins and financial reasons, i guess my overall concern and question is could all of what i'm experiencing be related? and could it be symptoms of cancer?
