Hi,I've Been Smoking This Week Around 5 To 10 Cigarettes

Hi,I've been smoking this week around 5 to 10 cigarettes a day and the last couple of days I've been suffering with anxiety and been getting hot flushes and hot ears,I'm starting to think it is the nicotine as I sometimes don't smoke for a week or 2 then will smoke 20-40 in a week I'm 34 year old male and my life is quite happy and non stressful at the moment. Your views on this would be gratefully appreciated Thanks.
