Hi,I've Been Taking Cilest Birth Control Pills For Over 5

Hi,I've been taking Cilest birth control pills for over 5 years but I had a bleeding one week before the period time and then my gynaecologist switched my pills to Marvelon. I have been taken Marvelon for one year but I received telogen effluvium as side effect from the pills and then my jp prescribed me Levest pills. It's already two months since I started them but the hair loss is still very intensive. What if I go back to Cilest again or do I have to wait few months until to see any difference from Levest? Thanks!
