Hi..I've had chronic back pain x 2 yrs--finally after seeing multiple physicians, my pain mngmt doc told me I had sacroileitis; after 2 steroid injections directly into the area, I still have no relief--I had an MRI of my back last night - Impression: mild mid/lower lumbar spondylosis and L4/5 facet arthrosis causing mild right L3/4 and bilateral L4/5 foraminal stenosis; L5/S1 right foraminal annular fissure. What does this mean?
