Hi...Just Took My Second Cipro Pill Tonight. As Always, I

Hi...Just took my second Cipro pill tonight. As always, I take 2 probiotics before bed. Magnesium is the fourth ingredient. I take PB 8 by Nutrition Now.
Just as I swollowes the pills I happened to remember the warning on the bottle to not take magnesium
4-6 hours after or two hours before taking Cipro. I know that it was at least an hour before but probably
not much more. Question........What does this mean ......less effective dosage ?
