Hi..My Report Says The Uterus Is Bulky, A Gestational Sac

Hi..My Report says The Uterus is bulky, a gestational sac is noted in uterine cavity,The Yolk sac echo is well seen, The foetal pole is not seen..The linear average gestational sac measures 18mm corresponding to 5wk.The trophoblastic reaction is regular.The internal os is closed.Both ovaries show normal echotexture.No Adrenal mass is seen....I am really concerned as it's my first baby...please let me know everything is fyn..I m can cont'd this perganency.
