Hi...My Bloodtest Says My THS + Free T4 Is 13.87

Hi...My bloodtest says my THS + free T4 is 13.87 and is flagged high.
I am allergic to gluten and lactose so I am on a compounded T3,T4 35/155.
I have been able to exercise, but am so exhausted I just crawl into bed and sleep after.
Do you have suggestions?
