Hi...My Child Has High Fever 39.5 And Severe Loose Motions

Hi...My child has high fever 39.5 and severe loose motions till yesterday morning.But from yesterday afternoon he passed once and once today morning.Though the frequency of loose motions has decreased the fever remains high. Today he threw up too while I gave him scopinal.He is 7 yrs and has been prescribed antibiotic Suprax for 5 days once a day,few sachets to drink thrice and one tablet probiotic to chew.Pls let me know should I continue the antibiotic or stop.
