Hi...My wife woke up for the first time with the head spinning and nausea. we thought she was sick due to bad shellfish the night before. she has vomited for the first few hours along with several bathroom breaks. She took a few hour nap felt better, but now the spinning has returned and the nausea. she has been given some water and fluids but is unable to vomit anymore.
