Hi...Since Last Week I Had Lots Of Pregnancy Symptoms..But Yesterday

Hi...Since last week I had lots of pregnancy symptoms..But Yesterday evening I got my period with normal bleeding with red colour. but my period suppose to come next week. I got my period week earlier. And yesterday morning I took dettol pregnancy test and it indicate positive and this morning also same. But pregnancy strip test indicate it negative...Am I pregnant?
