Hi....a Dog Had Puppies Under My Parents Shed And I

Hi....a dog had puppies under my parents shed and I picked one up yesterday and he bit me. It was just a very small couple of bite marks but it did bleed. I washed my hand well and put peroxide on it to clean it. I have no redness today and can barely see where the bite was. But today I have very sore muscles in my shoulder, neck and legs. But this could be from getting up and down tons of times trying to see where they were under the shed. I would think if I were to have anything wrong, the bite mark would look angry or have not healed. I'm just a little paranoid and wanted to make sure. Thank you for any help.
