Hi...........a Small Abdominal Lump Was Diagnosed On Me Approx 12

Hi...........a small abdominal lump was diagnosed on me approx 12 years ago and I was informed it was a lipoma. It has grown over these last twelve years and I have noticed a faster growth rate over the past two months. It appears to have bruising on the skin surrounding the lump and has become tender to touch. Would you suggest this requires very urgent attention? Cherie
