Hi..am Having Severe Itchiness In Below The Abdominal Fat, On

Hi..am having severe itchiness in below the abdominal fat, on the sides of my thighs and no amount of powder is helping me. I normally get this intense itch in the evenings and it goes on till the following morning where after my whole skin wud be sore thanksvto the uncontrollable itch. This has bn going on since the past 2 weeks. 1 am 52 years old may I know which ointment to be used and if any antibiotics are required? Help!!
