Hie I Had TB 9/10 Years Back And Have Not

I had TB 9/10 years back and have not had any problem since then but in last two months i have been suffering from Fever during evening. I also showed to doctor and he suggested for CT scan and report says " Fibrotic opacities, conglomerated nodular lesion and tree in bud appearance at left upper lobe and superior segment of left lower lobe - finding suggestive of pulmonary Koch's lesion. "
I didn't understand all this can you plz help me
