Hie I Hv Found A Bump On The Side Of

Hie I hv found a bump on the side of my vagina near my thigh.I found it yesterday, it has no colour,it's just the colour of my skin, yesterday I squeezed it and came out a drop of white substance.and today I tried again and a dot of blood came out.its not painful or itchy I don't know wats wrng.....thanks In advance I am 16 I never had sex before
