Hi..ever Since I Got My First Period Its Been Hells...my

Hi..ever since i got my first period its been hells...my menstrsl cycle is veryirregular....I bleed a bit too much often with lots of blood clots..I have no pain in my pelvic or abdomen..I sometimes sneeze and bleed or sometimed after sexual activities...I'm so scared to go to a doctor..help me please!?:(
