Hi..good Day Dr. I Undergo Thorough Medical Examination A Week

Hi..good day dr. I undergo thorough medical examination a week ago as a requirement working abroad. Yesterday,my agency inform me to report again to the clinic to do spot film and lordotic view xray. I am a little bit confused and wondering why do i need to do sych procedure.and what is my assurance of having a physically fit certificate,or do i have a big chance to fail on the said medical?thank you so much
