Hi.how Are You. I Started My Period ²th Of Januari

Hi.how are you. I started my period ²th of januari it was 2 weeks and still a period.i that used premolut that the doc gave me.i was at day 9 and getting constanly pain.i stopped.a few days latr my period started again.heavy.and lasted 5-6 days.i was happy.all this in one month.i always have here n there irrigural period.making m crazy.but i want yi get pregnant.n start having sex right after my period stopped(the period i got using the primolut).can i still get pregnant?? N how? How will i know that i ovulate.thnx for answering
