Hii . Am So Wirried 2months Earlier I Did Sex

Hii . Am so wirried 2months earlier i did sex without condom with unknown and after two months of that i went to doctor for my all tests related to that and my all tests were normal he said nothing to worry.
Now my problem is that i am facing fever from one month even before those testes were dont and tiredness and my one testes is paining . Can i have hiv ?? My reports were just done before two weeks and after 2 months of unsafe sex .
Pls tell me can i have hiv ??
