Hii I Am 19yrs Old Having Severe Gas Problem It

Hii I am 19yrs old having severe gas problem it is relived on burping actually I am not having any pain this problem was started during my exams when I used to do night outs and there was disturbance in my sleep cycle .after some days it became normal but again now I am feeling discomfort in my epigastric region first I thought there was stress ulcers but there is no pain I feel like bloating I tooknpan tope for 3days then also it is not recovering can u please say me what is wrong with my stomach
