Hii... I Am 24 Year Old , Suffering From A

Hii... I am 24 year old , suffering from a problem which has destroyed my carear almost. About 6 months ago i am unable to burp, unable to pass gas, unable to pass stool and cant digest food, constipation, abnormal heartbeat, confusion, Brain fog and extreme Fatigue.. consulted alot of doctors but failed to fix my problem. Please help me out .. I want my life back
