Hii, I am a 22 year old boy. Quite recently, I been having this pain when my heart beats. Sometimes it feels like my heart has stopped beating, at other times there is an extra beat which brings about the pain I feel. And this happens either when up doing something or in bed. Sometimes the heart beats at a fast rate too.
