Hii, I am a regular gymmer...i do consume whey protein,eggs and chicken. Which micronutrients should i add in my routine...to reduce body heat caused by the diet and indigestion. I do get regular acne on my face and my body as well. Some of the tablets which are suggested to me by my trainer are as follows:
1 Multivitamin in morning 1 Becosule tablet preworkout 1 Evion 2 Celine postworkout 1 cod-liver oil after dinner 1 zevit before sleeping
Are these tablets safe and necessary...or can I replace them with other tablets? Plz suggest other medications if necessary
