Hii, I Am Sufferin From Urine Infection Every Now N

Hii, I am sufferin from urine infection every now n then, I feel some sort of uncomfort in vagina also...while passin it hurts.i have already gone through lots n lots of medication, but this infection comes back again..what shld I do.am I supposed to consult some urologist.bcoz I have shown myself to gynaec only.also I had some sort of infection inside my vagina.i had undergone small surgery, gynaec burnt that infectin and cleaned it up.it was aprocess of 19 mins..what shldmi do
