Hii I Have Testicular Pain At My Left Testicle. I

I have testicular pain at my left testicle. I have done 2 Times nothing came out but a simple head cyst on both testicle but i have a only at my left testicles hence it is not related to Epididymitis.
it has been more than a year.
One of My surgeon who has performed Inquinal Hernia Surgury at left side told me that it seems like Orchitis. Can you suggest any test which will confirm the issue and then taking respected medication.
