Hii... I M 28 Yrs Old Having Pcod Since Last

Hii... I m 28 yrs old having pcod since last 4 yrs.. M trying to conceive since last 5 month.. So my doctr put me on cotraceptive for 3 months, my tubes are open..m on clomid 50 n metformin.. In lastcycle i could not conceive even my egg size was 18 mm on day 14 n i had intrintercourse on day 15.. But this cycle i have 18*15 mm follicle on day 12. Having et triple lining.. Today is 13 day .. What are my chances to conceive..sperm count n mortality is gud... Do i need to consult another doctor.
